We avoid wasting time, resources and energy, all the while ensuring that accountability remains intact. You track your own progress through your personalized dashboard, check for and assign tasks and focus on simply being productive to the best of your ability.

MANAGER-LESS WORK ENVIRONMENT

It’s not a very pleasant feeling to be constantly nagged to do things isn't it? We here at AutomatedPros are not very keen on micro-management and believe that our employees are more than capable of carrying out their tasks without someone constantly breathing down their neck. You are your own boss, in that you track your own progress and grow based solely on merit not by having friends in high places. Our highly integrated monitoring systems will track your work based on availability, quality and efficiency.

Availability

Availability is making sure that you are active in your work. The hours you choose don't matter. You could be a morning person working during regular office hours or a nighthawk who sleeps through the day, that’s your choice. All you need to ensure is that you actively cover 40 hours of work each week.

Quality

Quality does not mean perfection. We are human after all. Here at AutomatedPros, we encourage mistakes because that’s how you learn. However, what we absolutely discourage is repeated mistakes. As Einstein once said “Insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results.” Make mistakes, we all do, but make sure that you learn from them and strive to get better. And instead of repeating mistakes, maybe make new ones. That way you will at least learn more!

Efficiency

Efficiency is key. The fact that you will not be supervised as such, means that you need to be very prompt with your work. Meeting deadlines is crucial. We not only appreciate efficiency here, we also reward it. Every Monday you get to decide how much amount of work you will be doing for the week. You need to commit to this work and ensure that you complete it in the deadline you set for yourself. If you are able to keep this deadline, you will be rewarded with a bonus, so there’s incentive. However, if you fail to keep this deadline, the same amount that would have been your bonus, will get deducted from your pay, so you really need to know your limits!

GROWTH PROSPECTS

Now there might be many companies that might have similar work policies on availability, quality and efficiency, but where AutomatedPros stands apart is that these markers will be the sole criteria for your growth. No amount of buttering the boss will help, because your promotion is not in anyone’s hand but yours. If you deliver results, there is potential. WORK ON YOUR OWN TIME

So, here at AutomatedPros, we have no concept of a ‘leave’. The fact that we have absolutely flexible work hours and that you can literally work from anywhere and at any time as long as you have a system and an internet connection, means that you don’t have to request a leave to go attend your sister’s wedding. Or you don't have to force yourself to work, when you’re in terrible pain. Take all the time off you need, just make sure that you make up for it and adjust your time accordingly. Keep your deadlines and push for that 40 hour weekly mark, that’s all that counts. How you do it is completely up to you!
